You are welcome to Fax or email your request to us and you are always welcome to call and set up an appointment too.

We will be in touch via phone to confirm the emailed or faxed request and set up a time for your inspection.

You will receive a full report of the termite inspection details. A detailed drawing of the interior and exterior of the property will be provided. The drawing will pinpoint the areas (if any) where termite evidence such as droppings, mud tubes, or damage is observed and where active termites are found.

Here at Bowman Termite we know all about the difficulties that can take place in the real estate industry so we won’t charge the homeowner if the property falls out of escrow. We also won't charge for an update to the inspection if escrow is extended. Wow!!! what a great reason to call Bowman!
